These T&C apply to the use of AI Body Coaching (aibodycoaching.com), a web-based health and fitness tracking platform.
AI Body Coaching is a product of Syntronix Solutions, incorporated in Canada.
2. Service Description
AI Body Coaching provides tools for tracking health and fitness data, including supplement management, training plans, nutrition, sleep, body metrics, and an AI-powered fitness coach.
3. Registration
Registration with a valid email address is required to use the service. You are responsible for the security of your account.
4. Mindestalter / Minimum Age

5. User Obligations
- Truthful information during registration
- No sharing of login credentials with third parties
- No misuse of the platform
- No automated access or scraping

The AI Coach uses artificial intelligence (Grok/xAI) to generate recommendations. These recommendations are based on general knowledge and your profile data, but do not replace professional advice. AI-generated content may contain errors.
8. Limitation of Liability
Use of AI Body Coaching is at your own risk. We are not liable for damages arising from the use of the platform, AI recommendations, or entered health data, unless due to intent or gross negligence.
9. Data Protection
Details on the processing of your data can be found in our Privacy Policy.
10. Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend accounts for violations of these terms.
11. Changes to the T&C
We reserve the right to change these T&C. Material changes will be communicated by email. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance.
12. Applicable Law

If you are a consumer residing in the EU or EEA, you have the right to withdraw from a new subscription within 14 days of conclusion without stating reasons, provided you have not used any paid features during that period. To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact support@aibodycoaching.com. With your express consent to immediate provision of the service, the right of withdrawal expires for services already rendered.
